Shipping policy
Retail Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–2 business days on in stock items. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. NOTICE: Due to supply chain issues and driver/deliverer shortages, there can be a delay of up to 15 business days for delivery upon the creation of your shipping label.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: Are made fresh to order. Please expect a 15-30 business day (this clock begins once all documents and labels (FNSKU and Shipping labels) are received in our warehouse from the reseller) delay in shipping for wholesale orders over one case in quantity. Due to driver and supply chain shortages, there may be additional delays beyond our control. We always do our best to ship products within the fastest time frame humanly possible. We reserve the right to hold shipments for as long as necessary in lieu of the current supply chain issues that we have seen post COVID and with the worldwide protein shortages. Please note that we are required to ship all Amazon orders directly to Amazon and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to supply the FNSKU and Shipping Labels at their cost before we are able to prepare your items for pickup. DEFAULT: Customer has 30 days to complete their order and/or arrange pickup once they are notified their wholesale order is ready to ship. If any/all portions of the order are not scheduled for pickup or shipment with supplied mailing and or freight pick up labels submitted to the appropriate person within Genepro Protein, Inc. within that 30 day window, the customer will be deemed in default of their sales agreement and will be removed from the authorized vendors list, inventory will be put back into rotation and may be responsible for the breach of contract fine as stipulated in said sales agreement. OPEN INVOICE: If your company has an open invoice, even for a secondary order, we are unable to fulfill your order until those open invoices have been paid. SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES: With the current state of the industry in regards to the global protein shortages, we reserve the right to delay shipping based on shipping/driver shortages and/or supply chain shortages including but not limited to packaging, scoops, raw protein powders or labor shortages. In the event of an out of stock item we can offer an exchange for a "in stock" product at the discretion of Genepro management..
Genepro Protein Vendor Compliance Policy
In order to uphold the integrity of our supply chain and ensure full compliance with Genepro Protein’s corporate standards, the following policy shall be enacted regarding vendors found to be in violation of any Genepro policy:

2. In the event that any vendor is determined to be in violation of any Genepro Protein policy, Genepro reserves the right to immediately suspend acceptance of new orders from that vendor. Additionally, Genepro may halt shipment of any current orders in the pipeline until all identified violations have been satisfactorily corrected.
3. Correction and Removal:
4. If the vendor fails to correct the breaches in policy within the timeframe specified by Genepro Protein, the vendor may be removed from the authorized vendors list. Upon removal, any outstanding inventory associated with unshipped orders will be re-purposed to other authorized vendors at Genepro’s discretion.
5. Financial Consequences:
6. The amount originally paid by the vendor for any unshipped orders that are re-purposed shall be applied as a credit towards the breach of contract fine. The breach of contract fine is set at $100,000.00. The vendor will be responsible for settling any remaining balance of the fine after the credit has been applied.
