Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select (WITH A 3 MONTH MIMIMUM OBLIGATION). Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. In order to qualify for the significant discount we give to our subscribers, there is a mandatory 3 month obligation for our subscription service. You can modify the frequency of the delivery by contacting Ariel at ariel@geneproprotein.com. You may cancel at anytime after the third order has been received.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
CANCELATIONS
Retail orders direct to customers can be cancelled prior to product shipping from our facility without penalty. If the order has shipped and the customer cancels the order, the customer is responsible for payment of 10% the total order for restocking.
Wholesale orders : once a purchase order has been received there is no cancellation or refunds available.
DISTRIBUTOR/LARGE ORDERS:
Any order over 200 servings is deemed as "more than for personal use" and requires a sales agreement. Even if you are not a distributor or intend to resell Genepro, we need the document completed in order to ship your product. Please email orders@geneproprotein.net and reference your order number and state that you would like to complete the sales agreement and stipulate if you are looking for distribution opportunities or if you or ordering for individual use. NOTICE: All wholesale orders are required to be paid via bank wire within four (4) days of that date your invoice is generated. Failure to pay within the allotted 4 days will result in a $500 fine. Any delinquencies over thirty (30) days will be considered a breach of contract and is punishable by a $100,000.00 fine and possible seizure, closure or suspension of your e-commerce accounts until your invoice, fees and fines are paid.
